NeedInformation we collect
Name, phone, email, password or OTP login, addresses, booking details, chat messages, device notifications tokens, and (when you allow it) location so we can match nearby professionals and show live tracking.

How we use it
To create your account, show the service catalog, complete bookings, assign providers, process payments, send status updates, prevent fraud, and improve NeedMate. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share booking and location details with the assigned professional so they can do the job. Payment processors and cloud hosting providers receive only what is needed to run the service.
Your choices
You can update profile and address data in the app. To delete your account and personal data, use Delete account on this website or Profile → Delete account in the Android app.
