NeedMate is a marketplace that lets customers book home services and lets approved providers accept and complete those jobs. NeedMate is not the person who performs the work at your home unless we say so in writing.
Terms of Service

Accounts
You must give accurate phone or email details. Keep your login private. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, fake bookings, or harm other users.
Bookings and payments
Prices shown before checkout apply to that booking. Cancellations, refunds, and provider payouts follow the rules shown in the app at the time of the job. Online payments are processed by our payment partner.
Providers
Providers must complete onboarding, stay truthful about skills and documents, and treat customers fairly. Accepting a job is a commitment to start and finish it as described.
